Dogs are groomed in a relaxed environment with one on one service/contact so the dog soon gains trust in the groomer.
We reward dogs in our care with organic treats for good behaviour, please advise us if you do not want us to give your dog treats, or any allergy's s/he may have.
Water and toilet breaks are offered regularly throughout your dogs visit.
Please advise us of skin conditions as we use a range of organic and good quality shampoo/products for all skin types.
Please tell us before we groom your dog if you have any concerns about your dogs health or behaviour.

There will be a price increase if the dog takes longer to groom due to coat condition (matted) or dogs behaviour.

Great for maintaining your dog, in-between their full grooming session.
